Great little portable umbrellaApr 02, 2012
By mbrennan Obviously, this thing isn't made for everyday use or hurricanes. This is an ultra compact umbrella for occasional use and for stashing in your backpack or glove box of your car. In that context, it is perfect.
does the jobMar 01, 2012
By Pelle Schultz The wedgy is a great back-up umbrella, but it is not for everyday use. It is indeed small, and it can fit comfortably in a (big) pocket, purse or backpack/computer bag (where I keep mine).
But there are drawbacks: it's barely big enough to keep one normal-sized adult dry, and it is very unstable in anything more than a light wind. It should not be the only umbrella you own, unless you live in the desert. It can be a bit tricky to put away--the tightly fitting case is essential to get it in truly compact form.
Nice CoverOct 24, 2011
By Calli Court I like the compactness of the closed covered umbrella. But I had some difficulty getting it all back in order and fitting into the case as it was initially. I think it takes too much dexterity for an ordinary old lady like me (smile). Otherwise, it's a nice looking piece.
